My role
My responsibilities include strategy planning, product development, campaign and commercial team training, all to capture market trends and help Cargill lead Korea’s swine feed industry. To help our profitability, I put a high value on identifying market challenges, strategically segmenting customers and developing new products. I coordinate with other functions to get the most out of Cargill global technologies and projects here in Korea.
My path
I actually started my career in a shipping company. However, I wanted to join a more global organization, so I decided to join Cargill. I started my career in Cargill as a sales manager in 2005, and worked in Chungnam province. In 2016, I transitioned to the strategic marketing team.

About me
I try to spend as much time as possible with my wife and daughter. We enjoy cooking and doing chores together. I sometimes enjoy hiking outdoors.
